Agriculture Development:

 As Major part of economy of Pakistan is based on agriculture, but unfortunately government policies are not in favor of peasants and agriculture development. Peasants have to face lot of problems e.g. buying fertilizer, buying productive seed and selling their products etc. Former is playing very important role in the economy of the Pakistan, but former is not given any compensation and consideration in any law of Pakistan. Formers don’t get reward for their hard work.

ASDP is striving for peasant’s right. ASDP gives enough information to the peasant to get benefits from line departments and raise peasant’s issues to the Government. ASDP work on agriculture research, organic agriculture method for the cultivation and develop peasant worker group to make agriculture more productive. Organization also

Peasant- workers groups

This group consists of landless peasants, small cultivators and farm workers with ratio of 60% men and 40% women. Each group has full representation of women and religious minorities. This representation also dispels the impression that peasants and workers are only men. We all know that rural women’s daylong activities range from cleaning the courtyard of her house to sowing and looking after as well as harvesting crops. This group discus their problems and search for solution under guidance of the ASDP.We are providing trainings to the formers to enhance their skills according to requirements and new technologies.
